What are they going to do when v4 comes out? Total revamp of the theme, which I assume they are building up for their version of vb v3.8.2.

It just feels ugly/childish.

i don't get the whole "everyone can see everything you do" bit.

i mean, i cant view someone's profile now if i'm logged in without it showing up.  it's like a dumb dating website.  i don't want people to see who my "friends" are - it's PRIVATE.  might as well just show the PRIVATE messages to everyone, too.

When something says PRIVATE on the internet, it's not, as I am sure you know Sonja :-p.

vBulletin has a lot of little features that makes PM's/LISTS(friends, whatever) available to mods, even fusetalk had that ability.

yes, Anthony...i realize that LOL.  it's why i don't ever post much personal info about myself.  ::)

i'm not talking about available to mods.  i'm talking about - if i view your profile, i can see who your friends are and who has viewed your profile, as well as see who has viewed mine.  there's NO privacy whatsoever.

They put some back in, but are missing the thumbsup...:(

I installed a basic vbulletin site, until I get it themed/looking better, you can see the differences in my basic site which I haven't even TOUCHED, to what AT is now :

They are the exact same, what were they doing for over 12 months?

probably testing more of the data migration and resolving issues with that than the actual functionality/features.  but you're right - i'd be fired if it took me 12 months to test/implement an upgrade lol
